1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Gauteng, South Africa. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time and may be subject to additional delivery charges.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, we will begin processing your order.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom-made or specially sourced products may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We generally dispatch and deliver orders within 5–10 business days from the date that payment is received and confirmed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of the items ordered

  • Courier schedules

  • Public holidays and peak trading periods

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Size and weight of the furniture

  • Accessibility of the delivery location

Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Someone aged 18 years or older must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Ensure there is adequate access and sufficient space to receive the furniture.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the absence of a recipient, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, please notify us at support@hayani.africa within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting photographs where possible.

Failure to report delivery-related issues within this period may affect our ability to assist with claims against our delivery partners.

7. Tracking and Delivery Updates

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For larger furniture items delivered by specialist furniture carriers, our team or delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • High order volumes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Hayani Africa shall not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from delivery delays beyond our control.

9. Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery Fees

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the order;

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete; or

  • Access to the property is restricted,

the order may be returned to our warehouse or delivery partner. Any additional delivery attempts may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
